Frequently Asked Questions

What do you make?

I specialize in handmade crochet wearables and other odds & ends. Expressive hats and cozy hoods, textured accessories, and other types of wearables. Every piece is crafted with soft, durable materials with a focus on comfort, personality, and long-lasting quality.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I accept custom orders when my schedule allows. If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to reach out. I'll let you know current availability, timelines, and pricing before we begin.

What materials do you use?

I use soft, durable acrylics and cotton blends. I try to stay away from other natural fibers (such as wool and other fur-based yarns) due to allergies.

How do I care for my handmade item?

Most pieces should be hand-washed with cool water and laid flat to dry. This keeps the fibers happy and the shape intact. I include care instructions with every order, and you can always message me if you're unsure.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently only ship within the United States through USPS Ground Advantage. International shipping may be a future endeavor, once I'm more established.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because each item is handmade, I generally do not accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help resolve it. Custom orders cannot be returned, but I'm always happy to fix any craftsmanship concerns.

Can I request a remake of a sold-out item?

Generally, yes! Most designs can be recreated. I keep track of the patterns I've used, along with materials, etc. If it's something I've whipped up, I've got the notes (mostly!). Just keep in mind, that each piece will vary visually because they are handmade.

Where can I follow your work?

You can follow me on Facebook, Ko-Fi, and Instagram!

Holidays and Delays

Order Delays

Because everything is handmade, occassional delays can happen - especially during busy seasons and market prepping. If your order is affected, I'll reach out with an updated timeline. I always prioritize quality over rushing, so your item arrives exactly as it should.

Holiday Ordering

Holiday season is my busiest time of year. To ensure your gift arrives on time, I recommend ordering at least 6-8 weeks before the holiday. Custom pieces may require even earlier ordering depending on complexity. I post cutoff dates each year so you know exactly when to place your order.
