Frequently Asked Questions

  • I stitch whimsical characters and creatures, cozy wearables, and tiny accessories. Some are cute, some are spooky, some look like they know a secret they’ll never tell.

All are handmade with yarn, fabric, felt, and a dash of “oh no, this one’s adorable.”

  • Not right now - the studio gremlins have me on a strict schedule of “make whatever your heart screams about today.” I’m focusing on new patterns and curated drops for upcoming events and my shop.

    But suggestions? Always welcome.

  • Restocks pop up like surprise treasure chests. I announce them on social media and through my newsletter so you can be ready when the next batch of creatures escapes into the shop.

  • Most pieces are gentile, friendly companions, but some have small parts (like safety eyess or buttons) that aren’t suitable for tiny adventurers under 3. Each listing includes safety notes so you know exactly what you’re adopting.

  • I work with various yarns, sturdy stuffing, felt, fabric, embroidery thread, and the occasional tear and - words. Everything is chosen for durability and personality.

  • Since my items are made-to-order, these will take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks to complete your make. Delivery time depends on where you live, holidays, and carrier delays.

  • For now, I ship within the contiguous United States. I ship everything via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

You may cancel your order within the first 48 hours, however. Once that time has passed - materials have already been purchased and your item has been planned out.

If something arrives damaged, please contact me right away (at least within 5 days) - I want your new make to arrive happy and whole.

  • Spot clean gently with cool water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing unless the listing says it’s safe.

And… keep them away from pets who might think they got a new chew toy. Yarns and fibers can be dangerous!

  • I may not offer complete commissions, but I’m always open to make custom changes on existing listings.

This includes yarn colors, eye styles, and other small changes. Just make sure you either send a message my way (before or after your order) with your change requests!
